These Terms of Service apply to apps.mozafari.org and Mozafari Apps software, including AI WordPress Bridge, unless separate terms are provided for a specific product.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or a Mozafari Apps product, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. Product purpose

Mozafari Apps provides software tools intended to assist with web, AI-assisted and technical workflows. Products may change, be updated or be discontinued as they develop.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the websites, systems, accounts and content you connect to a Mozafari Apps product. You must have authority to grant access and to make requested changes. Review permissions carefully before authorising an AI client or automation.

4. Higher-risk actions

Publishing, deleting, changing design settings or other higher-impact actions can affect a live website. You are responsible for backups, review and appropriate testing. Staging environments are recommended for significant changes.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the products to gain unauthorised access, distribute malware, interfere with services, violate another person's rights, or perform unlawful activities.

6. Third-party platforms

Mozafari Apps products may interoperate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and policies. Mozafari Apps is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, WordPress, Automattic or Yoast unless expressly stated.

7. Availability and changes

Products are provided on an evolving basis. Features, integrations and compatibility may change. Reasonable efforts are made to describe current capabilities accurately, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. No professional advice

Software output and AI-assisted actions are tools, not legal, financial, security or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing consequential decisions and changes.

9. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mozafari Apps is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use, misuse, third-party services or changes made to connected systems.

10. Privacy

Use of the website and products is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination and revocation

You may stop using a product or revoke connector access at any time. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect security, prevent abuse or comply with law.

12. Governing context

These terms are intended to operate under applicable Australian law. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
