Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mozafari Apps handles personal information on apps.mozafari.org and in connection with Mozafari Apps products. Mozafari Apps is an independent software project operated by Ryan Mozafari in Australia.

1. Information collected on this website

The website is designed to collect as little information as practical. It does not use advertising trackers or behavioural advertising cookies by default.

If you submit the support form, the website stores the name, email address, product, topic, message, submission reference and time of submission that you provide. Please do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens or other secrets.

2. How support information is used

Support information is used to respond to your request, diagnose product issues, investigate security reports, improve documentation and maintain a reasonable record of support activity.

3. Retention

Support submissions stored locally by this website are normally retained for up to 90 days. Email notification copies may remain in the support mailbox until manually deleted and may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to resolve an ongoing issue, investigate abuse or security incidents, or comply with legal obligations.

4. AI WordPress Bridge data

The current AI WordPress Bridge design connects compatible AI clients directly to a WordPress installation through the connector installed on that site. The site owner controls the permissions granted to the client. The apps.mozafari.org website does not receive a copy of the connected site's WordPress content merely because the connector is installed.

The WordPress connector may store authentication records, permission information and activity logs on the connected WordPress installation so that access can be authorized, audited and revoked. The exact information available to an AI client depends on the permissions granted by the WordPress site owner.

5. Service providers and sharing

Website data is processed using infrastructure needed to operate the site, including Hostinger for web hosting and Hostinger Email for support email notifications when email delivery is enabled. A support request may therefore be transmitted through and stored in the configured Hostinger mailbox as part of normal email delivery. Personal information is not sold. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect security or rights, or to service providers acting on instructions necessary to operate the website or product.

6. International processing

Hostinger and any connected AI platform may process data in countries other than your own. Where you connect a third-party AI client, that provider's own privacy terms also apply to information you choose to send through that client.

7. Your controls

You can avoid submitting support information, request correction or deletion of a support submission, or revoke AI WordPress Bridge access from the connected WordPress site. For a privacy request, use the Support page and select Privacy request.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to reduce unauthorised access, including restricted storage paths, scoped connector permissions and revocable credentials where supported. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Mozafari Apps products are intended for professional and general adult use and are not directed to children.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated as products or data practices change. The date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are made.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the Mozafari Apps Support page.
